As a seasoned combat veteran of Operations Joint
Endeavor (Bosnia-Herzogovina), Allied Force (Kosovo),
Southern Watch (Iraq), and Enduring Freedom
(Afghanistan) and as a career U.S. Air Force
Transportation and Logistics Officer, I spent 5 of my
20 years of service in combat zones.  Having led over
2,400 individuals during that period, I have the leadership
experience, under extremely stressful conditions, that will
prove to be a tremendous asset to any organization
willing to give me an opportunity.

Having led organizations singled out for excellence five
times at the major command (MAJCOM) and Air Force
levels, I have the highest expectations for myself as well as for those around me.  
With a continuing focus on integrity, excellence and service, I will honor the
traditions that I have held close to my heart during 20 years of service to our great
nation.  Now retired, I intend to carry on those long-standing traditions with hard
work, dedication and loyalty in any organization I am honored to be a part of.

My military logistics experience, along with my management expertise, will
contribute to the success of any organization.  Being a creative logistician and
oriented toward outstanding customer service, I believe that I have the right mix of
experience and customer focus that will be an asset to your organization.

 Safely supervised night operations and 172 engine running onload/offload missions on 8 Air
Force C-130 aircraft - every mission departed on-time without a single mishap or injury

 Managed the upload of 4,126 tons of cargo and 12,000 passengers on 737 aircraft, with only
one delay and zero mishaps attributable to the 170 port personnel under operational control

 Led the well orchestrated ground handling of 1,700 aircraft, 55,000 passengers, and 14,000
tons of cargo, while maintaining an impressive 99.9% aircraft departure reliability rate

 Achieved a 100% on-time suspense rate for all of NATO’s Southern Region planning tasks

 Operation CARAVAN linchpin – orchestrated safe movement of 3,500 tons of munitions from
Saudi Arabia to Qatar during Operation ENDURING FREEDOM and elevated terrorist threat

 Key architect of transportation-intensive Operation TURBO CADS - safely moved 8,840 tons of
retrograde munitions from Saudi Arabia to the US during heightened terrorist threat

 Handpicked as NATO representative during sensitive airfield surveys of Bulgarian air bases

 Led NATO working group integrating channel airlift for Balkan region under a single command -
consolidated airlift scheduling and oversight under a single movements office

 Deployed to Macedonia during Operation EAGLE EYE, laying the groundwork for sensitive
extraction of Organization of Security and Cooperation in Europe verifiers from Kosovo

 Safely extracted 1,000+ verifiers in 24 hours under tense conditions and Serbian threat

successful execution and development of a nationwide High School Counselor’s Manual

 Provided daily briefings to the IFOR Director of Mobility Forces on the effect of airspace changes
on civilian airlift, NATO Channel, and non-NATO military missions entering Bosnia
